Regarding the processing of data carried out by Pidielle S.p.A., including through its website, we provide the following information.

PURPOSES AND CONSENT

Data from information requests
In the case of requests for information via email or telephone, Pidielle S.p.A. processes the data provided exclusively for the purpose of responding to the requests. The data is processed on the legal basis of providing a service in which the data subject is involved.

Pidielle S.p.A. will keep a record of the contact in its IT systems, on the legal basis of its legitimate interest, namely:
a) to offer better service to the data subject in the event of new contact requests;
b) to send a proposal for newsletter subscription.

The data will be deleted only upon the explicit request of the data subject.

This personal data is communicated to external entities to Pidielle S.p.A. only as IT service providers.

Data from commercial contacts
In the case of commercial contacts and requests for commercial information, Pidielle S.p.A. processes the data provided exclusively to contact those who requested the information.

The data is processed on the legal basis of its legitimate interest, namely:
a) to offer better service to the data subject in the event of new contact requests;
b) to send a proposal for newsletter subscription.

The data will be deleted only upon the explicit request of the data subject.

This personal data is communicated to external entities to Pidielle S.p.A. only as IT service providers.

Data for order management
To manage the orders received, Pidielle S.p.A. processes the data provided solely for the purpose of fulfilling them, on the legal basis of executing a contract to which the data subject is a party.

The data will be retained for up to 10 years from the last invoice received or from the end of any legal actions.

This personal data is communicated to external entities to Pidielle S.p.A. only as service providers (e.g., IT, administrative-accounting, full-service production, etc.).

Newsletter subscription
Pidielle S.p.A. invites its contacts to subscribe to its newsletter. Consent must be explicitly given by the data subject and may always be revoked by following the unsubscribe procedure. In this case, the data subject will no longer receive newsletters from Pidielle S.p.A.

In the case of subscription to the newsletter through the form on its own website (or that of other companies that transfer the data to Pidielle acting as the controller), consent is not required as the newsletter is sent upon the explicit request of the data subject.

The data will be deleted or processing will be interrupted (or limited) upon the explicit request of the data subject.

This personal data is communicated to external entities to Pidielle S.p.A. only as IT service providers.

Handling support or contact requests
Sending data via email or contact forms to the addresses listed on this site implies the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, necessary to respond to the requests, as well as any other personal data provided.

This data is used on the legal basis of executing pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the data subject.

The data is retained for three years after the service provision, to allow for possible additional quality checks; the data may be further retained for a total of five years, as present in backups.

Data collection at events (email)
In the case of contact reports during events (where this information notice is always available), Pidielle S.p.A. processes the data provided on the legal basis of its legitimate interest, namely:
a) to offer better service to the data subject in the event of new contact requests;
b) to send a proposal for newsletter subscription.

The data will be deleted only upon the explicit request of the data subject.

This personal data is communicated to external entities to Pidielle S.p.A. only as IT service providers.

Data collection at events (phone contacts)
If telephone contacts are communicated (by the data subjects themselves) during events, Pidielle S.p.A. asks for consent to use them to propose its products or services or inform about relevant events via phone, SMS, WhatsApp, or similar channels. This processing is based on the legal basis of consent.

The data will be deleted or processing will be interrupted (or limited) upon the explicit request of the data subject.

Data collection at events (statistical processing)
Data collected at events may be anonymized and then processed to obtain statistics.

This processing is based on the legal basis of the controller’s legitimate interest.

Data collection during training courses
During training courses, personal identification data may be communicated which Pidielle S.p.A. uses only to issue a named certificate of participation. The data, in this case, is processed on the legal basis of providing a service requested by the data subject and the legal basis of Pidielle S.p.A.’s legitimate interest (i.e., to offer better service to the data subject in the event of new contact requests).

The data will be deleted or processing will be interrupted (or limited) upon the explicit request of the data subject.

This personal data is communicated to external entities to Pidielle S.p.A. only as IT service providers.

During training courses, participants may provide their email and phone contacts, which are subject to the same conditions described above.

Contests
In the case of participation in contests, Pidielle S.p.A. processes the data provided to participate in the contest on the legal basis of:
a) providing the service requested by the participants, i.e., solely within the scope of the contest;
b) its legitimate interest, namely sending a proposal for newsletter subscription.

Further data processing methods for contests are specified in the contest’s regulations.

The data will be deleted only upon the explicit request of the data subject.

This personal data is communicated to external entities to Pidielle S.p.A. only as IT service providers or to other companies as specified in the contest regulations.

Data collection on social networks
Pidielle S.p.A. processes data, as joint controller with the social network operator (who provides their own policy), of visitors to our pages on social networks (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, Pinterest) using the tools made available by the platform (which also uses cookies and other tracking tools): visit analysis, user interaction, forwarding of non-private messages, and other activities provided by the channel. Processing takes place legally through the consent of the data subject provided upon registration to the social network, for responding to their requests, and for the controller’s legitimate interest (tracking interactions with users, assessing the company’s image, marketing). Data is retained by the social networks according to the rules they set.

The data will be deleted or processing will be interrupted (or limited) upon the explicit request of the data subject using the available functions on each social channel.
This personal data is not communicated to external entities to Pidielle S.p.A. nor is it exported outside the social channels unless requested by the data subjects (e.g., if they provide their email address). In such cases, the purposes and methods of processing apply as described in the other sections.

Suppliers
The data of our suppliers usually pertains to legal persons. During the business relationship, we may collect contact data of natural persons. This will occur on the legal basis of the legitimate interest of Pidielle S.p.A., namely to facilitate relations with the supplier or potential supplier.

It is the responsibility of each supplier to inform the natural persons in their organization whose data is communicated to Pidielle S.p.A. about the purposes listed above.

The data will be retained for up to 10 years from the last invoice received or the conclusion of any legal actions.

Curriculum vitae and interviews
In the case of sending curriculum vitae or collecting data during interviews for hiring, Pidielle S.p.A. processes the data provided exclusively for the purpose of evaluating and selecting individuals for future collaborations. This processing takes place on the legal basis of providing a service requested by the data subject.

The data will be retained for up to 2 years from the receipt of the CV or the conclusion of the last interview, unless a subsequent hiring occurs.

Cookies

Reserved area
The data collected in the reserved area is that provided by the data subjects on the specific platform.

The data is processed by Pidielle S.p.A. for the purpose of analyzing its products and services.

Processing takes place on the legal basis of providing a service requested by the data subject.

The data will be retained until the data subject requests deletion.

DISCLOSURE TO THIRD PARTIES AND TRANSFERS TO THIRD COUNTRIES

The personal data previously mentioned is communicated to external entities to Pidielle S.p.A. only as IT service providers.

Additional subjects are cloud IT service providers. In these cases, personal data may be transferred to countries outside the EU or EEA. In such cases, Pidielle S.p.A. will preferably use providers located within the EEA; otherwise, it will verify the provider’s adequacy according to current legislation, the European Commission, and the Italian Data Protection Authority.

The subjects mentioned above act as “data processors.”

DATA SUBJECT RIGHTS

We remind you that you may exercise your rights as set out in Articles 15-16-17-18-19-20-21 and 22 of European Regulation 2016/679. In particular:

  • to obtain, if not restricted by laws or regulations and where applicable, access to your personal data, their correction or deletion, and the limitation of their processing; you may also request their portability (i.e., to receive all personal data concerning you in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format); requests that do not impact the correct execution of services should be sent to privacy@elgoncosmetic.it;

  • to withdraw consent to the processing, if not restricted by laws or regulations and where applicable; requests that do not impact the correct execution of services should be sent to privacy@elgoncosmetic.it;

  • to file a complaint with Pidielle S.p.A. or with the national supervisory authority (in Italy, the Data Protection Authority) following the instructions on its website.
